In order to be hired by a mechanical and electrical engineering company, I used AutoCAD during that time. They were utilizing the software to create circuit boards, breaker boxes, and other electrical solutions for their business. An engineer would use the client's specifications to create a design, then give it to an AutoCAD drafter to see it in 3D. Their shop staff would start building the finished product once it appeared to be functional.

booked an engineer and, in accordance with the terms and conditions, provided make, model, and serial number in advance. The engineer didn't have the necessary components when he arrived to do the repair. He promised to return in two weeks, which was horrible customer service. The components were brushes, which are commonplace components. This appears to be a common occurrence for others as well—they are nevertheless charged a £99 call out cost.

The use of AutoCAD is crucial to my workflow, not only at the start of each project but also when developing the subsequent steps. At this point, compared to alternative drawing tools, AutoCAD's extensive library of commands makes the drawing process considerably simpler and more natural. This is one of the key reasons I've always choose to use AutoCAD while creating my projects.
